Cashew Caesar Dressing

Caesar Dressing is my jam. This is a great recipe for those trying to eschew eggs and cheese. Even though some of the standard Caesar ingredients are missing, this one is still creamy and delicious thanks to the cashews.


  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 C raw cashews (soak overnight in water if you’d like)
  • 3 TBS lemon juice
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ C olive oil
  • Salt to taste


  1. Blend ingredients anchovies through garlic powder until cashews are broken.
  2. Increase speed to high and blend until nuts are finely ground. With motor running, drizzle in oil and 2 TBS of water. If thick add more water. Add salt to taste.
  3. Cover and chill.
